Photo polymer plates consist of light sensitive polymer layer, depending on application, permanently laminated to thin base, of aluminium, steel or plastic.
The resilience, toughness and abrasion resistance of polymer plate and the adhesion technique give photopolymer plate excellent printing properities and make it ideally suitable for various printing and paper converting applications.
At present following products are available for different applications :
Photo Polymer Plate in 1.7mm thick is applied for printing paper, lable, collapsible tubes, ice-cream cups, continuous stationery, pre-press printing etc.
Photo Polymer Plate 2.84mm thick is applied for printing plastic bags, shopping bags, garment bags etc.
Photo Polymer Plate in 4.7mm thick is applied in corrugated box industries, woven sack industries, for printing cement bags, fertilizer and chemical bags, paper bags, multi-valve paper bags etc.
